Today I give thanks to all the little candles in this world. Alone, my candle is nothing more than a speck of light against the gloom, comforting, yes, but it can’t illuminate as far as the dark corners towering over me. Yet, when my little candle joins with yours and yours and yours, we create a bonfire of delight. Together we can chase the night away.
May each we each continue to light our own little candle and then bring them all together as the New Year approaches…
